Warranty Policy

1. Standard Coverage

Orbita Kenya provides a **12-month limited warranty** on all electronic components, including Smart Hotel Locks, Digital Safes, and Minibars, effective from the date of installation.

2. What is Covered

• Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship.
• Failure of electronic locking mechanisms under normal use.
• Technical malfunctions of the management software provided by Orbita.

3. Exclusions

Warranty does not cover damages resulting from improper installation by unauthorized third parties, physical abuse, liquid damage, or "Acts of God" (lightning, floods, etc.).
